About the Role
As a Business Analyst at our company, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution. You won’t just be generating reports—you will be identifying opportunities, solving real operational challenges, and collaborating across teams to implement solutions that drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into business processes, operational data, and key metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate business needs into technical requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key projects.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Build clear dashboards, forecasts, and analytical models to support decision-making for leadership.
- Process Design: Map out workflow improvements and help oversee the rollout of new systems and strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, persuasive, and actionable manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to work with large datasets, spot trends, and draw practical conclusions using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex data in simple terms, both in writing and in person.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong initiative and a curiosity to understand why things work the way they do—and how to make them better.
- Project Management: Comfort managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving cross-team projects from concept to completion.
